Public Meetings
All Parish Council meetings are held in West Hoathly Village Hall unless the agenda states otherwise and are open to the public. At every Council and Committee meeting there is time at the start of the meeting allocated to Public Participation. Meetings are held on a Monday evening.
The Annual Parish Meeting is also held in West Hoathly Village Hall normally on the first Monday of March. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense.
Please see the Council Calendar for details of all meetings.
The Parish Council has prepared some guidelines for how the public can inform the Parish Council of their views.
